The book is a very good material for people that does not know anything about these technologies. Covers most of the broadband technologies which is good because is difficult to find everything in just one book. However in some parts of the book needs more editing work (residential broadband). Finally, the latest edition was on 1997, I think is time to release a new edition Mr. Black

About the Author
Marc Ryan, L.Ac. is a graduate of Cornell University and a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist in the State of California who practices functional medicine ( a blend of Western diagnostic testing and natural treatment). After suffering from his own battle with Hashimoto's and discovering an alternative approach to healing it, he decided to devote his life to doing everything he could to help others find hope, help and healing for their Hashimoto's too. In the last 4 years he has spent thousands of hours researching, working with and talking to over 1,000 Hashimoto's patients. HELP YOURSELF! BUY THIS BOOK!

This is the definitive book on how YOU can get your Hashimotos into remission--and stay there. Although the book contains tons of information, it is surprisingly an easy, digestible read. Something you can refer to again and again. It answered all of my many questions from both a conventional and alternative medical perspective. You can tell the author has been there, done that, and is willing to share the whole journey. It's like having a conversation with a compassionate, slightly quirky genius, who only wants you to feel better because he understands the nightmare you are going through. If you have Hashimotos, then this book will be the best investment you will ever make. You'll save yourself from years of confusion, pain, suffering, financial drain, and ill health. What have you got to lose?

Rescue Remedy at your finger tips.

Rescue Remedy is what I call this book.Rescue from the myriad of medical practitioners that have poor knowledge base of Hashimoto's Disease, rescue from tons of misinformation, rescue from believing there's no hope and you must live the rest of your life feeling horrible.
Remedy because there's a "potion" that will heal you if you are brave enough to try it. The information does take time to absorb, but that's ok because review of concepts and ideas are right there at your finger tips

Having been told by the Mayo Clinic in my city that I could not see any of their endocrinologists unless I were already taking thyroid medicine, I found in Marc's book enough information to empower me to control my symptoms without having to get involved in the medical system and without having to understand much of the biochemical activity in my body. The techniques he gave me were mostly diet and control of stress. I feel much better and more importantly I have enough knowledge of the systemic damage of Hashimotos to believe I can control the disease if I have another flareup.

Employing case studies and a comparative historical approach, and drawing on a variety of data sources including historical records, official crime data only recently made available, and news reports, this book is the first English-language publication to provide such a comprehensive documentation and analysis of the nature of China's legal regulation of controlled substances. The authors also offer theoretical approaches for studying drug regulation, aspects of drug consumption cultures, the socio-political treatment of drugs during various historical periods and ongoing efforts to legislate drug trade, criminalize drug use and manage the drug addict population within national and international contexts.

Hong Lu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and has written extensively on international and comparative criminology and law. Miethe is a Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. With Hong Lu, he co-authored Punishment; his other books include China's Death Penalty: History, Law, and Contemporary Practices (Taylor & Francis, 2007). Bin Liang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology at Oklahoma State University-Tulsa. He is the author of The Changing Chinese Legal System, 1978-Present: Centralization of Power and Rationalization of the Legal System (Routledge, 2007).

Call me Master Adam

And it continues - in a good way. Adam & Grace are a very dramatic couple and on of the best ones I’ve read in a long time. I love the way their story is developing and growing. Every ending gets you closer to the edge leaving you wondering when am I going over?

When I first started I wondering if the endgame was going to include more than just the coming together of two very stubborn people. But now as I have read three stories I have come to realize that there is SO much more to them. I can't wait to see what happens next.

Ok, now about this book. Grace & Adam are trying to get past Grace's escape attempt and what happened on the beach. Adam is busy not only with his prisoner, but with family members who are trying to hurt him. But did you really think he would be able to be the head of one of the most powerful families in the world and not have people be jealous of him.

This book book has power challenges & old world sword fights along with modern day erotica. In this book FINALLY Master Adam is revealed and IT'S ABOUT TIME!!

Stellar third act.

Josie Litton continues with her wonderful story-telling with Chosen.
Grace and Adam are at a crossroads at this point. With what happened in the second part of this story, they are both wracked with emotions that counter act with the good and bad in their situation. The wall this builds between them is frustrating to see as the story progresses because you, the reader, can see the overall picture!
I love Josie's way of storytelling. In this third part, she expands on the world she's built, and introduces us to new characters. She provides an introductory of sorts to these individuals and makes you question what part they will play as the story continues to unfold.
I am looking forward to the build up now; the story is starting to reach a cliff where you don't know how everything will fall together, but, I trust Josie in putting it all together wonderfully.

Darkness equalls hot sizzling

I received this book in exchange for my honest review. yes Adam still has her held as a hostage but wont tell her why she is there all he says its about "family". They do feel something for each other and its strong but Grace was trying to get him to release her. Whenever they were together he would make a comment about she is undoing him. She was falling for him. The Cliffhanger on this one is she is trying to leave after she thought he passed out and that is where it leaves off
